Alejandro Lechuga Capracci
Alejandro Lechuga Capracci is a tech strategy manager and venture capital investor transferring his experience at the service of developing social platforms for the good of all.
After graduating as an Industrial Engineer, Alejandro started his career in mergers and acquisitions consulting at Deloitte where he gained experience in business modeling and product development. Interested in exploring deeper the tech ecosystem, he joined Amazon.es to learn about the entrepreneurship mindset inside matured corporations. Soon he was exposed to the promising potential of the entrepreneurship opportunity in Europe and decided to get closer moving to Berlin in 2017. In Berlin, he is working at Zalando in building teams and services that are transitioning the group from an online shop into a tech platform.
Moved by a strong interest in social development causes, Alejandro has collaborated with organizations such as Ashoka, TEDx, AIESEC, Model of United Nations and is frequently engaging in pro-bono consulting projects for NGOs and Nonprofits.
As the director of the IMFAHE Venture Building Program, Alejandro is helping the IMFAHE leaders to scale the Talent Development Organization for the Advancement of Higher Education.
